Community Chats

As part of the Community Chats launch, I worked closely with a robust cross-functional team from both Messenger and Facebook Groups teams to educate admins on the value prop (real-time connection), why they should adopt this product and how to use chats successfully. I used insights from the alpha test to help inform the campaign and in the end, we produced a robust blog post and video to inform thousands of admins in the growing beta test.
