Community Chats

For the Community Chats launch, I worked closely with a cross-functional team across Messenger and Facebook Groups to help admins understand one core idea: real-time connection changes how a community feels. I used insights from the alpha test to shape the campaign from the ground up, then produced a blog post and video that guided thousands of admins through the growing beta, showing them not just why to adopt the product, but how to make it work for their community.
